To add a label

Select ( Add/Move Mechanical Label ).
Set the action type to Add.
Select the desired element. The label is created.
Place the label.
(Optional) If Place Leader is on, select another location for the arrow point before placing the label.
(Optional) Hold the <Ctrl> key, and position the pointer over any reducing component's connections to apply a label for each size.
